Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@castlesports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We replace any defective items or pieces that were damaged under normal playing conditions within 180 days of purchase free of charge. Parts that were damaged or broken through non-normal playing conditions and need to be replaced will have to be paid for by the customer (non-normal playing includes activities such as hanging on poles, jumping on/over sets, rough treatment of product, acts of god, improper storage when not in use, etc...). After 180 days, customers can order replacement parts online, or contact customer service.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were purchased while on sale. Castle Sports reserves the right to not issue a refund in any instance they judge necessary. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return your current item. Once the refund is processed, place an order for the item you want. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for a full or partial refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are never refunded for both the initial and return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
